Responsibilities
- Own enterprise systems through their full lifecycle.
- Engineer solutions that create leverage for technical experts.
- Contribute to the Datadog codebase for TS-specific features.
- Utilize AI tools to enhance productivity and automate tasks.
- Partner with TS leaders to solve business problems effectively.
- Monitor, maintain, and iterate on systems in production.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience with enterprise platforms and production software.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Go, or JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Ability to work across the stack, including backend and frontend development.
- Demonstrated fluency with AI coding tools like Copilot or Claude.
- Experience building AI-powered features and working with LLMs.
- Strong systems thinking to design scalable and maintainable solutions.
- Experience contributing to a large shared codebase with established practices.
- Background in technical support tooling or customer-facing business systems.
- Experience in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
