Responsibilities
- Support commercial teams by answering complex data questions and explaining dataset nuances.
- Collaborate with engineering to build the AI data context layer and define evaluation designs.
- Drive the development of tools for data explainability in our products.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in healthcare data products.
- 2+ years in customer-facing roles.
- Familiarity with SQL or willingness to learn, with strong Excel analysis skills.
- Experience in technical writing for non-technical stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and strong communication skills.
- Bias towards action and ability to reason through use cases.
