Responsibilities
- Own and deliver quarterly goals for your team.
- Lead engineers through ambiguity to solve open-ended problems.
- Collaborate with product management, design, and analytics during the product development lifecycle.
- Proactively identify and advocate for solutions to project, process, or technology issues.
- Create and monitor metrics to support team operations and availability.

Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a software engineer.
- Experience in designing and launching backend systems using Python, Kotlin, AWS, MySQL, and Kubernetes.
- Proficient in shipping web apps with declarative UI frameworks like React or Vue.
- Strong experience with AI tools and automation to enhance development and prototyping.
- Ability to define technical plans for significant features with elegant and extensible designs.
- Proficient in making significant changes in large code bases safely.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration.
