Responsibilities
- Partner with engineering to investigate and resolve issues directly.
- Open pull requests in production codebases to patch bugs and improve behavior.
- Build AI-powered agents and internal tools to enhance issue resolution.
- Identify patterns in support cases and provide actionable insights.
- Respond to product and technical inquiries with speed and precision.
Requirements
- Strong engineering foundation with a CS degree or relevant experience.
- Experience in a technical support or developer-facing role is a plus.
- Directly owned a customer relationship or support queue.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues independently.
- Exposure to AI tooling, automations, or LLM-based workflows.
- Exceptional written communication skills.
