Base Salary
$111k - $227k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end technical design for enterprise restaurant implementations.
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for enterprise customers during the Plan, Pilot, and Rollout phases.
- Validate integrations end-to-end during the Pilot phase and ensure configuration consistency during Rollout.
- Collaborate with Pre-Sales Engineers and Technical Onboarding Consultants for seamless execution.
- Produce thorough handoff documentation at every stage of the customer journey.
- Proactively identify and communicate architectural risks and coordinate resolutions.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in solutions architecture, technical consulting, or enterprise implementation.
- Deep expertise in integration architecture, API frameworks, and data migration methodologies.
- Ability to operate autonomously and make sound technical decisions in ambiguous environments.
- Strong project management skills to manage multiple concurrent enterprise implementations.
- Proven ability to prioritize and drive complex cross-functional implementations.
- Confident communicator with the ability to translate technical complexity for diverse audiences.
- Highly organized and documentation-driven with a track record of producing handoff artifacts.
- Experience with coaching, mentoring, or team leadership.
