Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Improve the core developer workflow by refining systems for compiling, testing, and validating changes.
- Contribute to shared engineering foundations, including common libraries and frameworks.
- Enhance CI systems to provide faster and more reliable feedback loops.
- Transform recurring developer pain points into effective tools and documentation.
- Utilize AI tools to automate tasks and improve developer experiences.
- Collaborate with service teams to understand their needs and support adoption.
Requirements
- Strong software engineering fundamentals in Scala, Java, Kotlin, or similar languages.
- Experience with build systems, dependency management, and CI infrastructure.
- Ability to debug complex build and developer workflow issues.
- Product-minded approach to enhancing developer experience.
- Comfortable using AI tools for engineering tasks.
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration with service teams.
