Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and test Agentic AI systems using LLMs, tool usage, memory, function calling, structured outputs, and agent orchestration.
- Build RAG pipelines, context retrieval and grounding strategies, prompt systems, evaluation frameworks, and automated testing pipelines.
- Deploy AI solutions into business processes and integrate them with APIs, databases, enterprise platforms, and business applications.
- Develop and maintain production-quality Python applications with logging, monitoring, testing, observability, documentation, and cloud or containerized deployment.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and domain experts, troubleshoot deployed systems, gather feedback, and improve solutions based on business outcomes.
Requirements
- Strong Python programming skills and understanding of APIs, JSON, REST services, and software integration.
- Degree in computer science, artificial intelligence, software engineering, data science, or a related technical field.
- Familiarity with machine learning and natural language processing fundamentals.
- Preferred experience with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, LLM applications, chatbots, copilots, or AI assistants.
- Preferred experience with RAG, vector databases, agent frameworks, function calling, embeddings, semantic search, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation.
- Preferred experience with Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, DevOps practices, Git, software testing, and modern development workflows.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, ownership, customer-focus, and adaptability skills.
