Base Salary
$105k - $147k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and ship features for AI/ML, LLM-powered, and agentic systems that run in production.
- Implement and maintain AI/ML and AI agent pipelines from data ingestion through model deployment.
- Contribute to prompts, evaluations, retrieval, tool integrations, data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model or prompt validation.
- Collaborate with distributed cross-functional engineering teams, participate in code reviews, and document experiments and model decisions.
- Own assigned tasks through delivery and share research findings and technical learnings with the broader team.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional software engineering experience with hands-on exposure to AI/ML systems and generative AI development.
- Solid software engineering foundation using Python or a similar language.
- Foundational knowledge of AWS, GCP, or Azure, with interest in AWS and AWS GenAI.
- Exposure to agentic AI systems, AI frameworks, orchestration tools, LLM evaluation and observability practices, and RAG pipelines.
- Knowledge of chunking strategies, embedding models, vector databases, APIs, AI safety, responsible AI, prompt injection risks, PII handling, LLM token economics, and caching strategies.
- Working knowledge of Docker and exposure to Kubernetes for containerized deployments.
- Day-to-day use of AI coding tools such as Claude Code and Cursor.

- Salary range is $105,000-$147,000 USD.
