Base Salary
$190k - $240k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build secure and compliant platform products that solve customer needs
- Write high-quality, robustly tested code, primarily in Java
- Understand customer problems and build appropriate software solutions
- Document work to support the company’s rapid scaling
- Collaborate across company domains to strengthen the platform
- Use AI-powered development tools across design, prototyping, development, testing, and iteration
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience building production software systems
- Experience writing scalable, performant, and maintainable code
- Experience with Java, JPA ORM mapping, SQL, unit testing, and integration testing
- Proficiency using AI-powered development tools such as Claude Code throughout the software development lifecycle
- Experience contributing to card acquiring platforms is a bonus
- Experience with GCP or AWS is a bonus
- Experience with Spring Boot, Docker, and Kubernetes is a bonus
- Experience with BigQuery and Redshift is a bonus
- Fintech experience is a bonus
- Experience building AI agents for financial or payment platforms is a bonus
- Familiarity with LangChain, CrewAI, or AutoGen is a bonus
