Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain custom AEM components, templates, and workflows across Sites, Assets, and Forms.
- Integrate AEM with third-party services and internal systems such as personalization engines, analytics, and asset repositories.
- Participate in technical design and solution architecture discussions with the Solutions Director and implementation partner.
- Support international site rollouts, localization workflows, multilingual services, and multi-site management.
- Troubleshoot bugs and platform issues with QA and operations teams.
- Provide technical guidance to junior developers and partner teams.
- Contribute to component libraries, code standards, documentation, builds, deployments, and environment setup.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on development experience with Adobe Experience Manager across Sites, Assets, and Forms.
- Proficiency in Java, Sling, OSGi, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AEM front-end frameworks.
- Experience building and maintaining custom AEM components, templates, and editable authoring tools.
- Understanding of AEM architecture, dispatcher configuration, and the JCR content repository structure.
- Experience with RESTful APIs, third-party integrations, and workflow customizations.
- Familiarity with localization workflows and AEM multi-site and multilingual architecture.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Preferred qualifications include Adobe Managed Services or AEM as a Cloud Service experience, familiarity with Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, or Adobe Launch, accessibility and performance optimization knowledge, CI/CD pipeline experience, and Adobe AEM development or architecture certification.
