Base Salary
$140k - $180k/yr
Responsibilities
- Ship full-stack AI features end to end, from scoping with stakeholders to deploying agentic systems.
- Own 0-to-1 projects, collaborating with sales and operations teams to identify high-leverage opportunities.
- Build and improve agentic infrastructure that supports production-level inference, evaluation, and monitoring.
- Integrate AI seamlessly into the marketplace, creating clean interfaces for intelligent features.
- Develop scalable tools and systems for intelligent matching, document understanding, and agentic workflows.
Requirements
- Experience shipping and owning production AI systems end-to-end.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals with excellent Python skills.
- A proven track record of shipping products from concept to production.
- Strong product sense to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Comfort in ambiguity and ability to turn uncertainty into clarity.
