Responsibilities
- Build and maintain backend infrastructure for permissions, auditability, traceability, and observability.
- Own deployment architectures for hosted and self-hosted environments using infrastructure-as-code tooling.
- Improve production reliability, performance, security, observability, and auditability.
- Partner with product to ship features while upholding quality standards.
- Drive AI-native development practices for rapid, high-quality releases.
Requirements
- 1 to 6 years of professional backend development experience.
- Production experience building backend services with TypeScript and NestJS.
- Production experience with PostgreSQL and Prisma.
- Hands-on deployment management experience with Terraform or Pulumi.
- A track record of improving production reliability, security, performance, observability, or auditability.
- Practical experience with AI, ML, LLMs, or building AI-native systems.
Benefits
- Salary range of 70,000 to 110,000 EUR annually.
- Visa sponsorship is available.
- On-site in Berlin, Germany, with required in-person attendance; the role is not remote.
