Responsibilities
- Own medium-sized projects across engineering design, development, testing, production deployment, fixes, and improvements.
- Architect and develop scalable, high-performance user interfaces and complex frontend features.
- Write, co-write, review, and maintain clear, tested, production-ready code and documentation.
- Solve loosely defined technical problems and balance speed, quality, maintainability, and technical debt.
- Contribute to domain-wide architecture, system health, technical debt backlogs, security standards, and technology standards.
- Use GraphQL by adding and modifying queries and mutations.
- Collaborate with Lead Engineers and Tech Leads on process and system changes.
- Mentor and guide junior team members while promoting continuous improvement and engineering excellence.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Deep expertise in React, JavaScript, TypeScript, and Next.js.
- Strong understanding of micro frontends, single-page applications, and server-side rendering.
- Familiarity with GraphQL queries and mutations.
- Hands-on experience using AI coding assistants to improve productivity and code quality.
- Experience designing software for high-scale, high-traffic websites.
- Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD, and infrastructure-as-code.
- Strong practical experience with AWS, including ECS, Lambda, and CloudWatch.
- Familiarity with Docker and other containerization technologies.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
- Familiarity with modern application security practices, including OWASP.
- AWS, Azure, or GCP certification.
