Responsibilities
- Build new responsive web applications and maintain existing applications.
- Develop web frontends and the APIs that power them using modern web technologies.
- Participate in end-to-end development, including documentation, testing, deployment, support, troubleshooting, and integration work.
- Apply software design patterns and contribute to software design and architecture.
- Work collaboratively across multiple projects in an enterprise environment.
Requirements
- Permanent residency or citizenship is required.
- At least 5 years of continuous commercial engineering experience in an enterprise environment.
- Deep proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript ES6+, Node.js, TypeScript, and frontend frameworks such as React, Next.js, or Vue.
- Experience with package management, TypeScript tooling, Jest, React Testing Library, WebSocket, WebRTC, and state management frameworks such as Redux or MobX.
- Strong understanding of web standards, HTTP, JSON, RESTful design, software design patterns, and CI/CD pipelines.
- At least 2 years of experience delivering with Agile methodology.
- Bonus experience includes C#, SQL Server, Azure, Docker, web-oriented IDEs, CSS processors, Jira, Confluence, design tools, frontend build tools, and responsive design.
- Strong planning, prioritization, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
