Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Develop, diagnose, repair, and modernize software and clinical applications for Veterans Affairs.
- Identify and implement system improvements using end-to-end software development practices.
- Analyze user needs and the current operating environment to support future functionality and enhancements.
- Communicate with front-end users to reproduce and resolve issues.
- Develop and support VistA products in cloud environments.
Requirements
- 10+ years of .NET software development experience.
- 5+ years of software development experience for the U.S. government.
- 2+ years of healthcare IT software development experience.
- 2+ years of experience developing for Veterans Affairs products.
- 2+ years of cloud-environment software development experience.
- Knowledge of software development and design or architectural patterns.
- Bachelor's degree and Computer Science certification.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or government suitability/fitness determination.
- Preferred: product sustainment, ServiceNow, GitHub, Red Hat OpenShift, Azure Cloud, SQL, and SAFe certification experience.
