Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy AI systems that solve customer problems and produce measurable business outcomes.
- Contribute to the scalable and operationally efficient AI agent platform.
- Design and deploy distributed, event-driven applications in production environments.
- Manage secure, isolated container runtimes using OCI specifications.
- Evaluate AI systems using representative data, graders, production signals, and human judgment.
- Define technical approaches involving systems design, reliability, observability, latency, cost, safety, security, and governance.
- Collaborate with AI engineers, full stack engineers, product managers, and designers.
- Own system quality, performance, customer impact, and post-release support.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in software engineering, platform engineering, or machine learning engineering.
- Proven expertise with OCI specifications and hands-on experience managing secure, isolated container runtimes.
- Hands-on experience architecting and deploying distributed, event-driven production applications.
- Highly proficient in Python and comfortable working in multi-language systems.
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Statistics, or equivalent experience.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to translate strategic objectives into technical direction and execution.
- Preferred familiarity with LangChain, OpenAI SDK, or Google ADK.
- Experience with C# and React is highly advantageous.
- Preferred understanding of systematic AI evaluation and experience developing and launching agentic AI products to customers.
