$190k - $270k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop post-training recipes for enterprise data agents.
- Collaborate with product teams to enhance user experiences.
- Build systems for agents to utilize relevant lakehouse context.
- Mentor team members and raise the technical bar for the team.
Requirements
- BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in an applied research environment.
- Experience with LLMs, agents, and reinforcement learning.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment blending research and engineering.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
