Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable applications, microservices, APIs, and integration solutions using Python, Node.js, TypeScript, and MongoDB.
- Provide technical leadership for solution architecture, integration patterns, and scalable target-state solutions.
- Design and support REST API integrations across on-premises, cloud, third-party, and document management systems.
- Build high-volume solutions while addressing performance, security, infrastructure, and enterprise architecture requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on cloud, DevOps, data integration, and security best practices.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience designing and developing software solutions involving distributed computing, microservices, APIs, and enterprise integrations.
- Strong software development experience within financial services, with hands-on experience in Python, Node.js, TypeScript, MongoDB, REST APIs, and JSON.
- Experience delivering large-scale data platforms and enterprise solutions with third-party and document management integrations.
- Experience with cloud architecture, microservices, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, GitHub, Linux, Windows, DevOps, and data integration technologies.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or an equivalent field.
- Preferred qualifications include capital markets experience, knowledge of data fabric, data mesh, and enterprise data architecture, and familiarity with single sign-on, Enterprise Mobility Management, BYOK, data masking, and Data Loss Prevention.
- Cloud certification in AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform is helpful, as are Agile and Scrum delivery experience and cross-functional stakeholder influence.
