Responsibilities
- Build working prototypes from loosely defined ideas with sufficient polish for business audiences and technical substance.
- Package existing firm and automation AI solutions into demonstrations and case stories using representative data.
- Present prototypes and results to business leaders, internal teams, and prospective clients in support of pursuit leads.
- Run time-boxed proofs of concept with defined questions, success criteria, and written recommendations.
- Build and maintain reusable scaffolding and demonstration environments.
- Hand off funded prototypes for production development under platform standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Strong Python and full-stack prototyping skills, including the ability to quickly put a working interface in front of a user.
- Cloud fundamentals on Azure or AWS, including compute, storage, networking, identity, containers, and CI/CD.
- Working knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, authentication concepts, and SQL.
- Breadth across retrieval-augmented generation, agents and orchestration, tool calling, structured outputs, document processing, and vector search.
- Ability to evaluate prototype viability and performance using disciplined evaluation practices.
- Sound data handling practices, including synthetic or masked data for demonstrations.
- Strong presentation and storytelling skills for business and technical audiences.
- Responsiveness to short pursuit timelines.
- Preferred qualifications include solutions engineering, pre-sales, or innovation lab experience; familiarity with UiPath, Power Automate, React, or Streamlit; and relevant Microsoft Azure or AWS certifications.
