Responsibilities

- Build long-term relationships by understanding customers' business objectives and technical landscapes.
- Champion new product capabilities and provide structured feedback to Product Managers.
- Collaborate with Solution Architects and Customer Success teams to navigate enterprise complexity.
Requirements
- Proven track record in leading complex pre-sales or technical consulting engagements.
- Hands-on familiarity with cloud technologies, including Kubernetes and DevOps practices.
- Foundational understanding of enterprise layers from user experience to security.
- Strong grasp of how data and telemetry enable better decision-making.
- Exceptional communication skills to engage with engineering teams and C-suite stakeholders.
- Professional proficiency in both German and English.
