Responsibilities
- Lead technical direction, architecture, technology choices, and design discussions for software products.
- Design, code, maintain, monitor, troubleshoot, and enhance full-stack software solutions.
- Execute AI integration initiatives involving Generative AI, NLP, predictive analytics, and Large Language Models.
- Develop and execute automated test scenarios and scalable test automation strategies.
- Work with cloud providers and infrastructure-as-code tools to deliver scalable Cloud Native SaaS applications.
- Lead technical initiatives such as technology migrations and system performance or security improvements.
- Conduct code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and support technical coaching.
- Collaborate with product management, architecture, and global cross-functional teams.
- Drive root cause analysis, continuous improvement, code quality, team productivity, and system reliability.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience is required; the qualifications section specifies 10+ years in software development and testing.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience; a master's degree is preferred.
- Strong .NET full-stack development experience, including front-end technologies such as React or Angular.
- Experience with C#, Java, Go, RESTful and OpenAPI development, database technologies, event-driven architecture, and software design patterns.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or Helm.
- Experience designing and implementing automated testing with tools such as Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, or TestNG.
- Experience with cloud-native SaaS applications and major cloud providers such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience designing and delivering AI solutions, particularly Generative AI and Large Language Models, is expected; AI/ML initiatives or certifications are a strong plus.
- Preferably 2–3 years of mentoring and coaching engineers in a leadership role.
- Knowledge of security best practices and frameworks, with Snyk experience as a plus.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, presentation, facilitation, and complex problem-solving skills.
