Responsibilities
- Advise executive leaders on enterprise AI, automation, agentic transformation, and technology strategy.
- Lead strategic discussions with CIOs, CTOs, Chief AI Officers, Enterprise Architects, and digital transformation leaders.
- Define AI, automation, and agentic transformation roadmaps aligned with business and innovation objectives.
- Evaluate enterprise AI platforms, agent frameworks, copilots, knowledge architectures, orchestration layers, and governance models.
- Guide architecture decisions involving agents, workflows, automation, centralized and decentralized AI models, and governance controls.
- Develop future-state architectures and operating model recommendations for scalable enterprise AI adoption.
- Advise on AI governance, risk management, compliance, security, and operationalization strategies.
- Translate developments in AI, automation, large language models, and agentic technologies into business opportunities.
- Partner with Product, Go-To-Market, Technology Alliances, and Industry teams.
- Represent UiPath through executive briefings, customer engagements, conferences, and market-facing events.
- Share industry trends, best practices, and competitive insights internally.
Requirements
- Extensive experience advising large enterprises on AI adoption, platform strategy, automation, or technology modernization initiatives.
- Strong understanding of enterprise AI ecosystems, including AI platforms, cloud services, agent frameworks, orchestration technologies, workflow platforms, and automation solutions.
- Experience evaluating competing and complementary technologies and advising on architecture, operating models, and platform investments.
- Experience establishing AI governance frameworks, operating models, and enterprise adoption strategies.
- Strong understanding of enterprise AI operationalization at scale, including platform management, organizational readiness, governance, and value realization.
- Demonstrated success engaging executive stakeholders such as CIOs, CTOs, Chief AI Officers, Enterprise Architects, and digital transformation leaders.
- Exceptional executive presence, communication, influence, and storytelling skills.
- Preferred experience with global life sciences organizations, including pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, or contract research organizations.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
