Responsibilities
- Engage with customers under coaching, shadow stakeholder interactions, and research customer context and use cases.
- Develop product expertise in Microsoft Copilot, AI-powered solutions, and agentic AI technologies.
- Contribute to product demonstrations and presentations through preparation and execution.
- Translate customer needs into relevant AI scenarios and solutions.
- Use readiness materials, connect with internal communities, and promote team readiness.
- Build awareness of product strategy and competitive strategy needs based on customer feedback.
- Develop foundational awareness of reference architectures and available Microsoft resources.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Legally authorized to work in Belgium for the application and the full duration of the internship.
- Fluent in English and either French or Dutch.
- Passion for technology, customer focus, and strong verbal, written, analytical, and presentation skills.
- Strong desire for and business acumen in consultative solution selling.
- Exceptional negotiation, customer service, and interpersonal skills are preferred.
- Microsoft or competitor-equivalent certification in relevant technologies such as Azure or Microsoft 365 is preferred.
