Responsibilities
- Engage with customers under coaching and shadow customer stakeholder interactions.
- Research customer context to build product expertise and support technical wins.
- Use readiness materials and internal communities to expand domain knowledge and team readiness.
- Develop awareness of product strategy and competitive strategy based on customer feedback.
- Work with reference architectures and assist with demonstrations of Microsoft products through preparation and delivery.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Legally authorized to work in Belgium for the application process and the full internship duration.
- Fluent in English and either French or Dutch.
- Passion for technology, customer focus, strong communication, analytical and presentation skills, and an interest in consultative solution selling.
- Negotiation, customer service, interpersonal skills, and business acumen are preferred.
- Microsoft or competitor-equivalent certifications in relevant technologies, such as Azure or Microsoft 365, are preferred.
