Responsibilities
- Provide technical expertise through sales presentations, product demonstrations, installation, and maintenance of company products.
- Apply foundational architecture knowledge to meet business and IT requirements and resolve technical constraints.
- Represent the customer or partner voice by gathering feedback about technical capabilities, blockers, and insights.
- Contribute to viable technical solution proposals and demonstrate design solutions in customer collaboration sessions.
- Participate in architecture design, resiliency reviews, technical optimization, and production deployment discussions.
- Learn new technologies and services through mentorships, training, role-based resources, and internal events.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Legally authorized to work in Belgium throughout the paid internship; acceptable authorization includes Belgian, EU/EEA, or Swiss citizenship or a valid Belgian work visa or permit.
- Fluent in English and either French or Dutch.
- Passion for technology and a customer-focused approach.
- Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills with senior leaders, partners, and customers.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, analytical, and presentation skills.
- Preferred: technical certification in cloud, security, or related areas, such as Azure, Amazon Web Services, or Google certifications.
- Preferred: Change Management Certification, such as Prosci.
