Base Salary
$204k - $300k/yr
Responsibilities
- Oversee the technical roadmap for the Partner Integrations team.
- Design and develop APIs, SDKs, and web experiences for partner connectivity, data sharing, and payments.
- Lead delivery of multiple impactful products end to end while maintaining quality and delivery expectations.
- Align technical and non-technical stakeholders on scope, strategy, and delivery.
- Build integrations with external partners and manage relationships with external stakeholders.
- Provide hands-on technical leadership for code and architecture while collaborating across organizational teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field.
- At least 10 years of software engineering experience, including at least 3 years of hands-on technical leadership experience.
- Experience leading delivery of multiple high-impact products end to end.
- Experience aligning technical and non-technical stakeholders on scope and delivery.
- Experience designing and developing solutions that maximize ROI and create significant business impact.
- FinTech experience and familiarity with major payment rails.
- Experience working with Sales stakeholders or building products for Sales professionals.
- Experience building external partner integrations and managing external stakeholder relationships.
- Experience working on AWS cloud-based applications.
- Ability to work effectively on a globally distributed team and in a fast-paced environment.
