Responsibilities
- Contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of agentic runtime systems.
- Build and optimize core runtime components like task planners and memory managers.
- Work on agent coordination techniques for multi-agent workflows.
- Maintain and enhance scalable agentic platforms focusing on low-latency execution.
- Ensure high availability and reliability in agent runtime services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate product requirements into infrastructure.
- Develop and optimize real-time distributed systems and microservices.
- Design sandboxed execution environments for safe agent tool use.
- Implement monitoring and performance metrics for agent run success.
- Evaluate and integrate emerging frameworks and APIs to improve platform capabilities.
- Write clean, modular, and well-tested code following best practices.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure quality and maintainability.
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in distributed systems or ML infrastructure.
- Strong understanding of agent architectures and multi-agent coordination.
- Deep knowledge of context management and agent memory strategies.
- Experience integrating external tool ecosystems and APIs.
- Familiarity with retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
- Understanding of LLM output reliability challenges.
- Proficiency in Go and Python 3; experience with Rust or TypeScript is a plus.
- Strong understanding of microservices and event-driven architectures.
- Passion for real-time performance optimization.
- Experience with API design using OpenAPI or Swagger.
- Knowledge of gRPC or equivalent RPC protocols.
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, preferably GCP.
- Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform.
- Knowledge of CI/CD frameworks and continuous delivery practices.
