Responsibilities
- Build and ship UI-heavy iOS features primarily in Swift and SwiftUI.
- Run experiments end-to-end in short timeframes and adjust based on A/B testing results.
- Take product briefs and create implementation plans and Jira tickets independently.
- Collaborate with PMs and designers to define experiment requirements before coding.
- Balance speed with quality, ensuring no future pain from quick fixes.
- Push back on unreasonable requests clearly and constructively.
Requirements
- 7+ years of professional iOS development experience.
- Production-level experience with SwiftUI and shipped features.
- Strong knowledge of Swift Concurrency and Async-Await in real codebases.
- Ability to read and work with Objective-C code and modernize it incrementally.
- Active user of AI-assisted development tools like Claude Code.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to ramp up quickly and contribute meaningfully within two weeks.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and able to create concrete implementation plans from product briefs.
