Base Salary
$113k - $190k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, code, test, and ship backend applications and microservices.
- Collaborate closely with engineers across teams to ensure quality.
- Solve technical challenges to scale the product for a growing customer base.
- Participate in on-call rotation to address production issues.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in designing and operating large systems.
- Experience in building and operating customer-facing web products.
- Demonstrated experience with Ruby, React, and AI coding tools.
- Operational experience in cloud technologies such as AWS is preferred.
- Experience with languages like Elixir or Java is a plus.
- Familiarity with authentication/authorization concepts is a plus.
