Base Salary
$146k - $235k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and build full-stack features for enterprise adoption in Observability.
- Own integrations and infrastructure capabilities from API design to UI surfaces.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and customers to understand requirements.
- Participate in architecture discussions, focusing on scalability and maintainability.
- Write well-tested code and maintain high engineering standards.
- Engage with stakeholders and customers to validate solutions.
- Participate in on-call rotations to maintain production reliability.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Proficiency in TypeScript/React for frontend and Go (or similar) for backend.
- Experience building integrations, data pipelines, or APIs at scale.
- Familiarity with Infrastructure-as-Code tooling like Terraform or Pulumi.
- Understanding of enterprise software requirements such as compliance and RBAC.
- Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Experience with observability tools like Datadog or Grafana is a plus.
- Familiarity with LaunchDarkly's feature flagging or Observability product is a plus.
