Base Salary
$120k - $140k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, build, configure, unit test, optimize, and maintain Pega applications and components.
- Implement Pega class structures, workflows, UI models, integrations, reusable assets, and healthcare solutions.
- Develop solutions using the Pega Smart Claims Engine and Facets Claims, Membership, Billing, and Provider modules.
- Support healthcare claims processing and EDI 835 and EDI 837 transactions across the end-to-end claims lifecycle.
- Troubleshoot defects, perform root cause analysis, and resolve complex technical problems.
- Support System Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing, regression testing, defect analysis, and resolution.
- Participate in code reviews, sprint ceremonies, continuous improvement initiatives, and collaboration with distributed and onshore teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on Pega Platform (PRPC) development experience covering application design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Strong experience with Pega Automated Testing, Pega Unit Testing Framework, test automation, and software quality assurance practices.
- Expertise with Facets modules including Claims, Membership, Billing, and Provider, plus knowledge of healthcare payer operations.
- Experience with healthcare claims processing and EDI transactions, including EDI 835 and EDI 837.
- Experience supporting SIT, UAT, regression testing, defect analysis, and resolution.
- Strong knowledge of Pega Reporting, Pega Mobility/Mobile Solutions, integrations, troubleshooting, and automated testing methodologies.
- Healthcare domain experience is required; healthcare claims processing and Facets implementation experience are highly preferred.
- Pega CSA, CSSA, or CBA certifications are preferred.
