Base Salary
$120k - $140k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, build, configure, test, optimize, and maintain Pega applications and components using Pega best practices and performance optimization techniques.
- Implement Pega class structures, workflows, UI models, integrations, reporting, mobile solutions, and reusable assets for healthcare solutions.
- Support healthcare claims processing and end-to-end claims lifecycle management using Facets modules and EDI transactions.
- Troubleshoot defects, perform root cause analysis, resolve complex technical problems, and support SIT, UAT, and regression testing.
- Participate in code reviews, sprint ceremonies, continuous improvement initiatives, and collaboration with distributed and onshore teams.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of hands-on Pega Platform (PRPC) development experience covering application design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Strong experience with Pega Automated Testing, the Pega Unit Testing Framework (PUTF), test automation, and software quality assurance practices.
- Expertise in Facets Claims, Membership, Billing, and Provider modules, with knowledge of healthcare payer operations.
- Experience with healthcare claims processing and EDI 835 and EDI 837 transactions.
- Experience supporting SIT, UAT, and regression testing, including defect analysis and resolution.
- Knowledge of Pega Reporting, Pega Mobility/Mobile Solutions, integrations, troubleshooting, and automated testing methodologies.
- Pega CSA, CSSA, or CBA certifications and experience supporting Facets implementations in healthcare payer environments are preferred.
