Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, build, configure, unit test, optimize, and maintain Pega applications and components.
- Implement Pega class structures, workflow and process flows, UI models, integrations, and reusable assets for healthcare solutions.
- Develop and support Facets Claims, Membership, Billing, and Provider modules and healthcare claims-processing workflows.
- Troubleshoot defects, perform root cause analysis, and resolve complex technical problems.
- Support system integration, user acceptance, regression, automated, and unit testing.
- Participate in code reviews, sprint ceremonies, continuous improvement initiatives, and collaboration with distributed and onshore teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on Pega Platform (PRPC) development experience covering application design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Strong experience with Pega Automated Testing, Pega Unit Testing Framework (PUTF), test automation, and software quality assurance practices.
- Expertise with Facets Claims, Membership, Billing, and Provider modules and understanding of healthcare payer operations.
- Healthcare domain experience is required; healthcare claims-processing experience and Facets implementation experience are highly preferred.
- Experience with EDI 835 and EDI 837 transactions and end-to-end claims lifecycle management.
- Experience supporting SIT, UAT, regression testing, defect analysis, and resolution.
- Knowledge of Pega Reporting, Pega Mobility/Mobile Solutions, integrations, troubleshooting, and automated testing methodologies.
- Preferred Pega certifications include Certified System Architect (CSA), Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA), and Certified Business Architect (CBA).
- Strong communication, stakeholder-management, collaboration, analytical, and critical-thinking skills, plus experience in Agile/SAFe environments.
