Responsibilities
- Own the handover framework for transitioning engagements from delivery to production and define production-readiness standards.
- Build monitoring, alerting, incident-response, observability, and operational capabilities for deployed AI solutions.
- Establish production AI quality-assurance practices including drift detection, benchmarking, guardrails validation, and retraining triggers.
- Define production security, data-boundary, compliance, and governance standards and build self-healing capabilities.
- Design scalable tooling, automation, operational models, and partner integrations across customer engagements.
- Feed operational learnings back into the delivery lifecycle and mentor engineers across FDE squads and hubs.
Requirements
- 10-20 years of experience in production operations or a related engineering function.
- Hands-on experience with LLM-based systems, agentic workflows, observability, incident management, and cloud production environments.
- Experience detecting behavioral drift in agentic applications and building monitoring frameworks, playbooks, and operational standards.
- Deep experience with production AI quality assurance, including drift detection, performance benchmarking, guardrails validation, and retraining triggers.
- Background in regulated or enterprise-grade environments involving application security, data boundaries, compliance, and operational governance.
- Track record designing scalable operational models using tooling, automation, CI/CD practices, and partner integration across multiple customer engagements.
- Strategic thinking, business understanding, influencing ability, emotional intelligence, and confidence working through complex problems.
- A degree is not required.
