Responsibilities
- Develop multi-agent systems in which autonomous agents collaborate to solve business problems.
- Implement planning, reasoning, memory, feedback, error-recovery, and self-correction capabilities for complex workflows.
- Integrate large language models, predictive models, and reasoning frameworks into agentic architectures.
- Design and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation architectures, including embedding strategies, vector databases, and retrieval pipelines.
- Develop APIs, tools, and microservices that integrate AI capabilities with enterprise applications and platforms.
- Optimize AI systems for low latency, high throughput, cost-effectiveness, model selection, and token usage.
- Apply current AI research to business problems and identify opportunities for innovation.
- Collaborate with and mentor engineers on AI development practices.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of professional experience in software development and system design, including delivery of large-scale systems.
- Proficiency in Python and SQL.
- Production-quality experience developing agentic AI solutions using frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or equivalent tools.
- Hands-on experience developing multi-agent systems with frameworks such as Google ADK, LangGraph, AutoGen, or CrewAI.
- Experience with planning and reasoning, memory systems, vector databases, LLM applications, and AI-service API design and integration.
- Strong prompt and context engineering skills, including structuring and compressing information for model performance.
- Bachelor's or university degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Financial-services experience is beneficial.
- Proficiency in Java is beneficial.
- A master's degree is preferred.
