Responsibilities
- Design solution architectures covering AI agents, retrieval, integrations, data flows, and user experience.
- Build prototypes and production-grade AI solutions using LLM APIs, agent frameworks, RAG pipelines, prompt engineering, and context design.
- Develop integrations, APIs, and services connecting AI solutions to enterprise systems.
- Own solutions across the full SDLC, including design, implementation, testing, release, support, documentation, and handover.
- Build automated evaluations and regression tests and add logging, monitoring, audit trails, and cost tracking for production support.
- Collaborate with business teams, the Business Analyst, Project Manager, IT, security teams, and support stakeholders.
- Improve solutions after launch and share reusable patterns and components across the team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 6–8 years of software development experience across the full SDLC building enterprise-grade, scalable software.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience building LLM-powered applications such as RAG pipelines, agents, tool use, or prompt-engineered assistants.
- Proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript, with strong knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, and asynchronous or event-driven design.
- Experience translating the needs of sales, customer service, operations, finance, or other business functions into working software.
- Experience with an agent or orchestration framework such as LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, or an equivalent, plus vector databases or search.
- Practical experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Experience with Git workflows, code review, testing, and CI/CD practices.
- Fluency in English and ability to work autonomously in a small team with evolving requirements.
- Preferred experience includes MCP servers or clients, enterprise integrations, Anthropic Claude API, CX or CCaaS environments, Cognigy, NiCE CXone, LLM evaluation frameworks, observability tooling, Claude, Microsoft Copilot Studio, N8N, or similar workflow applications.
