Responsibilities
- Develop integrations between enterprise SaaS systems including Salesforce, NetSuite, Marketo, and JIRA.
- Translate business requirements into reusable, scalable, and secure technical solutions.
- Collaborate with software development teams to document and deliver integration solutions.
- Ensure solution quality through MUnit and end-to-end testing.
- Measure and forecast vCore capacity requirements as integration data volume scales.
- Provide technical design expertise, engineering leadership, mentoring, and career development support.
- Contribute to new product and feature design and development.
- Maintain engineering standards and product quality.
- Drive operational excellence by monitoring and remediating production issues.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of hands-on experience developing end-to-end API integrations with MuleSoft, including at least two years in a leadership role.
- Deep understanding of MuleSoft API-led connectivity, integration best practices, and engineering principles.
- Familiarity with CRM, ERP, and finance systems such as Salesforce and NetSuite.
- Strong understanding of relational databases and fluency with SQL.
- MuleSoft Certified Developer and Developer II certifications are preferred.
- Ability to mentor and guide other engineers.
- Strong technical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
