Base Salary
$136k - $204k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build core digital banking experiences for bank administrators and customers.
- Develop backend services, robust APIs, and integrations with third-party software such as Plaid and SendGrid.
- Design and implement maintainable, performant systems with strong error handling, logging, and edge-case coverage.
- Break down complex product requirements into effective technical solutions.
- Advocate for architectural decisions and evaluate system-design tradeoffs.
- Provide technical guidance, suggestions, mentorship, and code reviews for teammates.
Requirements
- 6+ years of professional experience with backend technologies such as Node.js, Python, Go, and TypeScript.
- Exposure to ReactJS and NestJS.
- Strong familiarity with REST APIs, domain-driven design, and microservice architecture.
- Experience working in an Agile Scrum environment.
- Experience with system design, architectural decision-making, clean code, documentation, testing, and performance considerations.
