Responsibilities
- Investigate, analyze, and resolve issues across multiple components of critical business systems.
- Monitor application behavior and troubleshoot failures using debugging tools and techniques.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system issues and implement effective resolutions.
- Document troubleshooting steps and solutions for a future knowledge base.
- Contribute to improvements in support processes and tools.
- Work independently, contribute to team discussions, and provide solutions to work-related problems.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional experience is required.
- At least 2 years of experience in .NET Full Stack Development is stated in the additional information.
- Proficiency in .NET Full Stack Development is required.
- Experience with front-end and back-end development frameworks related to .NET Full Stack Development.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex software issues.
- Familiarity with debugging tools and techniques for identifying application failure root causes.
- Understanding of the software lifecycle and support methodologies relevant to .NET Full Stack Development.
- Ability to work with databases and integrate system components effectively.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
