Responsibilities
- Investigate, diagnose, and resolve issues across critical business systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system behavior and provide application support.
- Document and communicate technical findings and resolutions to stakeholders.
- Contribute to process improvements that enhance system reliability and business continuity.
- Perform independently, develop subject-matter expertise, and contribute solutions to work-related problems.
- Support junior team members through knowledge sharing and guidance.
- Work with front-end and back-end .NET frameworks, databases, APIs, and third-party service integrations.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional experience is required.
- At least 2 years of experience in .NET full-stack development is additionally stated.
- Proficiency in .NET full-stack development, including relevant front-end and back-end frameworks.
- Strong problem-solving skills for analyzing and troubleshooting software issues.
- Familiarity with database management and query optimization.
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle and version control systems.
- Ability to work with APIs and integrate third-party services.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
