Responsibilities
- Develop, configure, and customize Adobe Workfront and Workfront Fusion solutions according to client requirements.
- Collaborate with clients on integration and implementation projects and provide technical guidance and support.
- Design and execute data migration strategies from legacy tools and systems to Workfront.
- Build and maintain integrations between Workfront, ERP, HCM/HRIS, SFA/CRM, and third-party applications.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure seamless operation of Workfront solutions in SaaS environments.
- Participate in requirements gathering, design discussions, and delivery planning in an agile environment.
- Document technical designs, configurations, and integration processes.
Requirements
- Require 3 to 8 years of professional experience in software development and middleware integration.
- Require at least 2 years of client-facing experience in integration, implementation, software development, networking, or operations roles.
- Require experience with data migration from existing client tools and legacy systems.
- Require hands-on experience implementing and integrating solutions in SaaS-based environments.
- Require experience integrating enterprise systems of record such as ERP, HCM/HRIS, and SFA/CRM platforms with Workfront.
- Require experience integrating third-party software and APIs.
- Require strong analytical, problem-solving, troubleshooting, communication, and client-interaction skills.
- Require QA Automation skills.
- Preferred experience includes ERP, HCM/HRIS, and SFA/CRM platforms.
- Require a BE/B.Tech, MBA, or MCA; the listed required degrees include Bachelor of Engineering and Master of Engineering.
