Responsibilities
- Build and ship AI agents with Sierra’s customers in a fast-paced environment.
- Contribute to Sierra’s platform by writing code and designing products.
- Learn how to build agents that operate at scale and evolve through real-world usage.
- Collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, and operators.
- Participate in internal reviews and product discussions.
Requirements
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Professional experience in software engineering or product management.
- Expertise in React, TypeScript, Python, Go, and other modern programming languages.
- Demonstrated curiosity and interest in AI applications.
