- Build and evolve Rillet’s design system.
- Translate brand refresh into a cohesive product experience.
- Raise the bar for product quality across various design aspects.
- Prototype in code for complex interactions and workflows.
- Identify and automate design-to-code workflows.
- Collaborate with product designers, engineers, and founders.
- Proactively notice and fix design issues.
Requirements
- Exceptional taste in design and product quality.
- Deep curiosity about new products and interaction patterns.
- Enjoyment of both design and engineering disciplines.
- Strong product instincts linking customer needs to interface decisions.
- Fluency in frontend development, preferably with React.
- Comfort with ambiguity and open-ended product areas.
- Systems thinking for reusable design components.
- High craft in design details and accessibility.
- A portfolio showcasing strong visual and interaction design.
- Comfort using AI tools to enhance design workflows.
- A bias toward shipping products quickly.
