Base Salary
$127k - $159k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop and release assigned full-stack software work to production.
- Build and maintain e-commerce, connected-device, enterprise, logistics, access-control, regulatory, and customer-service integrations.
- Design and build APIs and complex web application components.
- Investigate and resolve production issues while addressing reliability, performance, scalability, and error handling.
- Collaborate with engineering leads, software engineers, and product managers on delivery and roadmap planning.
- Lead or mentor other engineers as needed.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience is preferred.
- Experience successfully shipping complex components and web application systems.
- Experience building and designing APIs.
- Deep understanding of web application reliability, performance, scalability, and error handling.
- Experience leading and/or mentoring a team of engineers.
- Expert knowledge or willingness to learn Ruby, Rails, TypeScript, NextJS, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Postgres, Redis, Docker, AWS, Terraform or Pulumi, and Vercel.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or equivalent experience in web application development.
