Responsibilities
- Build and migrate applications, software, and services on AWS in partnership with the sales team.
- Own technical relationships with SMB customers and recommend solutions for security, cost, performance, reliability, and operational efficiency.
- Formulate and execute sales strategies that exceed revenue goals through AWS adoption.
- Lead architectural discussions and help customers successfully deploy cloud solutions.
- Deliver customer training, workshops, and knowledge-transfer sessions.
- Create and share best practices, technical content, code samples, blog posts, and cloud reference architectures.
- Represent customer needs internally and contribute to AWS feature and roadmap discussions.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in a specific technology domain such as software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, or data and analytics.
- At least 2 years of experience in application or infrastructure design, implementation, or consulting.
- At least 5 years of IT development or implementation/consulting experience in the software or Internet industries.
- Experience designing, implementing, or managing complex distributed IT applications, infrastructure, or database architectures.
- Awareness of cloud computing benefits, concepts, principles, software development tools, and methodologies.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills across internal and external organizations.
- Ability to adapt continuously to new technologies and learn new skills quickly.
- Fluent Italian speaking, writing, and reading ability.
- Preferred qualifications include technical sales consulting, enterprise architecture engagements, cloud migration or transformation, AWS or other cloud-platform experience, and software or Internet industry experience.
- A bachelor's degree or MBA in computer science, engineering, analytics, mathematics, statistics, or IT, or equivalent, is preferred.
