Base Salary
$153k - $296k/yr
Responsibilities
- Partner directly with strategic customers to understand their technical goals and workflows.
- Lead technical discovery and readiness assessments for customer deployments.
- Provide hands-on implementation support for developer-facing workflows.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to align on customer goals and success criteria.
- Capture and synthesize product gaps and customer feedback for Product and Engineering teams.
- Create reusable deployment assets such as troubleshooting guides and implementation playbooks.
- Help define success metrics for forward deployed engineering engagements.
- Contribute to the operating model for Figma’s Forward Deployed Engineering function.
Requirements
- Experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Software Engineer or Solutions Engineer.
- Strong understanding of modern software development practices.
- Proven ability to partner with enterprise customers to solve complex technical challenges.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in ambiguous environments.
