Responsibilities
- Research and develop search engines for international short-video products using machine-learning algorithms and large-scale data.
- Improve search algorithms across NLP, including word segmentation, named entity recognition, query analysis, and relevance modeling.
- Develop cross-modal video and visual search capabilities using computer vision, NLP, video content understanding, visual representation learning, and multimodal fusion.
- Apply large-scale machine learning to personalized search and recommendation problems.
- Research large-scale offline computing, distributed-system performance, scheduling optimization, and highly available, high-throughput, low-latency online services.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in computer science or a related technical discipline.
- At least 3 years of experience in search, risk control, or NLP.
- Excellent coding skills and solid knowledge of data structures and algorithms.
- Strong analysis, modeling, and problem-solving abilities.
