Responsibilities

Collaborate with the account team to provide ongoing technical support.
Define the technical success plan for each customer.
Ensure a successful technical customer journey from onboarding to adoption.
Articulate the value proposition of Elastic solutions aligned with customer goals.
Identify and eliminate technical frictions for smoother adoption.
Liaise between customers and support for optimized resolution experiences.
Deliver personalized solutions in collaboration with the Service Team.
Translate customer business needs into technical requirements.
Identify opportunities for subscription expansion.
Foster ongoing customer relationships to increase utilization of Elastic solutions.
Review customer consumption and suggest upgrades to drive further consumption.
Expect to work onsite with customers and travel as required.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.
Fluency in German is required.
Experience in a similar role such as Solutions Architect, Technical Consultant, or Pre-sales Engineer.
Hands-on experience with Elastic solutions or equivalent technologies is a plus.
Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential.
Strong social skills to establish relationships with customers and team members.
Demonstrated problem-solving skills with a track record of innovative solutions.
Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
