Responsibilities
- Design simple, scalable, and reliable solutions for enterprise client needs.
- Translate business requirements into solution architectures and implementation plans.
- Support clients and partners through implementation and project delivery.
- Help ensure projects meet timeline, scope, budget, and business-outcome expectations.
- Identify technical risks, dependencies, and trade-offs and recommend practical solutions.
- Facilitate discovery, business planning, and digital strategy workshops.
- Build trusted relationships and advise technical and business stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and systems integrators.
- Communicate complex technical topics clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Contribute to architectural standards, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement of the Solution Architecture team.
Requirements
- Experience designing and delivering complex digital, commerce, or enterprise technology solutions.
- Understanding of software architecture, APIs, integrations, data flows, and distributed systems.
- Experience with implementation or delivery projects involving multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to connect business objectives with technical decisions and translate complexity into clear actions.
- Experience working directly with enterprise clients and building stakeholder relationships.
- Strong communication and workshop facilitation skills.
- Ability to take ownership, proactively identify risks, and manage multiple priorities.
- Previous VTEX experience is desirable.
