Base Salary
$84k - $96k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and implement cloud-native solutions on Azure for scalability, resiliency, security, and cost efficiency.
- Lead development and deployment of containerized applications using Kubernetes.
- Build secure, maintainable, and high-performing backend services with Advanced Java.
- Develop and support Python-based machine learning and IoT data-processing solutions, including model deployment and operationalization.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions with product, architecture, analytics, and cross-functional technology teams.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues across cloud, application, and container platforms.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience designing, developing, and implementing enterprise applications using Advanced Java and related frameworks.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure compute, storage, networking, and cloud-native architecture patterns.
- Proven experience deploying and managing Kubernetes-based applications, including containerization, orchestration, and scaling.
- Strong Python development experience involving machine learning, data engineering, and IoT data processing.
- Experience with software engineering practices including automated testing, version control, secure coding, and code reviews.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across distributed and hybrid teams.
- Preferred qualifications include Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Azure Developer Associate, or similar certifications.
- Preferred qualifications include Kubernetes or other cloud-native technology certifications.
- Experience with observability using logs, metrics, tracing, and monitoring platforms is preferred.
- Knowledge of pricing optimization, revenue management, IoT platforms, real-time data pipelines, advanced analytics, MLOps, or production AI environments is preferred.
